What to Expect

This is a practical, interactive workshop designed specifically for Digital Catapult, exploring how neurodiversity affects everyday working experiences and how we can create conditions where everyone can work effectively.

We'll focus on real workplace situations, including communication, different working styles, changing project teams, managing workloads, self-advocacy and workplace adjustments.

There will be opportunities to contribute to discussions, explore practical scenarios, answer anonymous polls and ask questions.

You don't need any previous knowledge of neurodiversity. You will never be expected to disclose a diagnosis or share personal experiences. Participation is always your choice.

There are no right or wrong answers to the discussion questions. The aim is to challenge assumptions, understand different perspectives and identify practical changes that make working together easier.
